Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. The short version

You get a three day free trial of the full platform before any payment is taken. That trial is there so you can decide whether the software works for you without spending money. Because you can try it first, we do not refund payments once a billing period has started.

You can cancel at any time. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

2. Your free trial

The three day free trial gives you access to the platform. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged at all.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first billing period begins and payment is taken for that period.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel from your account or by emailing support@reviewgenerationtool.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

You keep access until the end of that period. We do not charge you again after that.

We do not give partial or pro rata refunds for time left in a billing period you have already paid for.

4. When we do refund

We will refund you where we have made a mistake. That includes a duplicate charge, a charge taken after you cancelled, a charge for the wrong amount, or a period where we failed to make the service available to you at all.

If you think any of those apply, email us with the date and amount and we will look into it and put it right.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or to a refund that this policy does not cover, that right still applies.

6. Changes to your plan

You pay per location per month. If you remove locations, the lower amount applies from your next billing period. We do not refund the difference for the period you are already in.

If you add locations part way through a period, the added locations are billed from the next period.

7. How to reach us

Email support@reviewgenerationtool.com and include the account email address and the date of the charge. We answer most billing questions within one working day.
